      <image:caption>Anne is a licensed clinical social worker with a private practice in Durango, CO. Intensively trained in DBT and with additional training in EMDR, somatic movement therapy, grief therapy and mindfulness practices, Anne provides therapy for adults ages 20+. She holds graduate degrees in Dance (MFA) and Social Work (MSW) and a post graduate certificate in Movement Analysis (CLMA). Anne brings a synthesis of mindfulness/body-based inquiry and insight work along with practical, tangible social and emotional skill practice and acquisition to help clients with a wide range of mental, emotional, behavioral and interpersonal health concerns.  Anne grew up in Durango, where she lives with her husband, father, dog, and (occasionally) three young adult children. She enjoys being outside in nature, practicing mindfulness in many forms, and making cool dance theater performances as artistic director of 20MOONS dance theater company. Anne facilitates an ongoing, in-person adult DBT skills group at her office in downtown Durango on Monday nights 5-7pm. He moved to Washington, D.C. over thirty years ago as a freshman at Ivy College. Right after graduation, he attended World University’s School of Dentistry. Before opening Keene Dental in 1994, he worked for free clinics and some of the finest practices in the District. He is part of the 123 Dental Association and stays up-to-date on the latest dental discoveries. When not striving to keep his patients happy and healthy, he’s enjoys hiking with his family in Rock Creek Park.</image:caption>

      <image:caption>Lynne has an undergraduate degree in business from the University of Wisconsin – Madison, an undergraduate degree in psychology/alcohol and drug counseling from Alverno College in Milwaukee, and a Master of Science in Community Psychology and Counseling from Alverno College. She has worked in residential substance use disorder treatment, and completed a one-year clinical practicum at The Center for Behavioral Medicine, a comprehensive, Linehan-certified DBT clinic in Milwaukee, WI. Lynne worked in community mental health for a number of years in the four corners area of Colorado, treating high needs clients with a variety of mental health concerns, specializing in substance use disorders. After seeing the need for a comprehensive DBT program in this area, she ventured into private practice and has continued her intensive DBT training with a specialty in DBT for substance use disorders. Lynne has a strong passion for changing the narrative around addiction and mental health. She believes that with validation, mindfulness, and skills for emotion regulation – life can change dramatically. Lynne loves living and being outdoors in the mountains, is married, and has an adult son who lives in Chicago, IL, and a Golden Retriever named Ellie. Lynne now practices in-person in Colorado Springs and also offers telehealth sessions, depending on assessed needs.       <image:caption>(She/Her) Dr. Long's clinical experience includes outpatient, inpatient, and residential settings with children, adolescents, and adults.  She is the owner and clinical director of Seed of Change Counseling Services, and she specializes in the treatment of complex PTSD and personality disorders.  Dr. Long is intensively trained in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy and utilizes the Dialectical Behavior Therapy Prolonged Exposure protocol (DBT-PE), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and Internal Family Systems (IFS) to treat trauma symptoms.  Dr. Long's pre- and post-doctoral internships were completed in a pediatric neuropsychology clinic, where she received extensive training in the assessment of complex and multi-diagnostic assessment.  Dr. Long earned her Doctor of Psychology from the University of the Rockies in Colorado Springs, CO, and is a Licensed Psychologist in the State of Colorado (PSY-0005029).
